Overview
Welcome to the LYT Level 1 Teacher Training online course! We are so happy you are here. Congratulations on taking a huge step towards making a positive impact on the lives around you - and your own. Lara's passion for movement and anatomy knows no bounds and we so thrilled to share everything you need to know to teach her smart and sustainable style right away.
There are two course formats available, Guided and Self-Guided.
The Guided course is a combination of prerecorded classes, lectures, and labs as well as interactive LIVE content with Lara and the LYT team. The course also includes mentorship, where one of our Level 2 instructors will be assigned to every 20 participants to support and guide their process. Finally, the Guided course has a structure timeline for certification.
The Self-Guided course follows the same format as the Guided training but without the interactive components and there is no timeline for certification.
Both options will provide you with a LYT Level 1 certificate, the difference is the time and type of experience you want for your training. Both trainings come with lifetime access to the content, so you can always revisit the materials.
Course Format
This course format is unlike any other available because it is completely designed for the LYT methodology. Over 10 weeks, we will cover an immense amount of material. That's why we schedule a 2 week break in the middle of the course - to allow you to practice deeper or catch up on any material. You will have three weeks after the course's completion to finish any remaining material for certification.
