This 100-hour module of the LYT Level 2 certification will give you 9 more LYT classes and their breakdowns as well as the anatomy, safe cueing, and philosophy you need to elevate your teaching and continue making a positive impact on people's lives right away. This module will discuss in detail the senior, corporate, athlete, beginner, and pre- and postnatal populations. It will also cover innovative sequencing, meditation, manual therapy, and how to craft and deliver specialty classes like SET, BLISS, and FIRE.

LYT Level 1 and Sequencing 101 certifications are prerequisites for this course.

Week 1

Theme: Beginners & Fascia

Blending innovative sequencing, functional anatomy, and fascia education, the week supports inclusive, beginner-friendly class design. Lara leads with a creative sequencing class and lecture, accompanied by detailed breakdowns and hands-on labs with Rhonna. Foundational modules introduce beginner movement principles, effective prop use, and fascia theory and practice. Mindfulness is woven in through Jeremy’s meditation and dharma teachings. The final assessment reinforces understanding and integration of beginner sequencing and fascia-informed teaching.

Week 2

Theme: Corporate & SET

This week focuses on advanced sequencing strategies and practical tools for specialized settings. Lara opens with a SET class and breakdown to reinforce structural sequencing and class flow. Rhonna deepens the exploration with a lecture and class on innovative sequencing, including a detailed breakdown to support clarity and creativity in teaching. A focused lecture and private session on corporate yoga prepare teachers to adapt offerings for workplace environments. Kristin introduces hands-on techniques in a manual therapy and adjustments lab, while Jeremy offers a guided meditation to integrate mindfulness into practice. The week concludes with small group work, providing space for collaborative learning and practical assessment.

Week 2

Theme: Shoulder Complex

Below is a breakdown of the content you can expect in week 2, along with class and lecture duration so you can plan accordingly. In addition to these videos, there is a 1-hour live call with Lara and the team and a 1-hour mentor call scheduled each week. As always, these calls are recorded, and attendance is not mandatory. Finally, week 2 includes a group work assignment, so please budget time to coordinate with your small group.

Week 3

Theme: Pre- & Postnatal & BLISS

Focused on supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and atypical neural development, this week offers informed, inclusive teaching. Lara’s Bliss Class and breakdown provide a grounding, feel-good sequence to anchor the module. Prenatal content features a comprehensive lecture, PowerPoint, and lab led by Lara and Kristen B, alongside a full class and breakdown centered on the "Magic Pelvic Bowl." Postnatal learning continues with lectures, PowerPoints, and labs addressing safe and effective movement for new parents. Rhonna contributes with a lab on innovative sequencing and a lecture on working with clients with atypical neural development, including autism. Jeremy’s guided meditation supports nervous system regulation, and the week concludes with an assessment focused on prenatal and postnatal application.

Week 4

Theme: Athletes & Restorative

This week explores how to tailor movement practices for athletic populations and clients with specialized nervous system needs. Kristin’s Athletes Class and breakdown set the stage for working with active bodies, complemented by Lara’s anatomy review and private session focused on athletic performance and recovery. Rhonna’s two-part lab on innovative sequencing supports creative, adaptable class design, while Kristin offers targeted therapeutic exercises for specific athlete needs. The module also includes restorative strategies with Lara’s lecture and nervous system-focused lab. Rhonna provides further insight into working with clients with epilepsy and atypical neural development. A guided meditation from Jeremy fosters integration, and the week closes with small group work for applied learning and assessment.

Week 4

Theme: Hips

Rhonna begins with a Props Class and breakdown to demonstrate effective support strategies in practice. Kristin offers in-depth anatomy lectures on the upper and lower extremities and spine as they relate to aging bodies, followed by a Chair Class and breakdown tailored for senior populations. Labs cover manual therapy, mobility drills, and sequencing approaches designed to enhance function and comfort. A private session with a senior client offers real-world application, while Rhonna’s lecture on cerebral palsy and atypical neural development broadens the lens of inclusive teaching. The week concludes with innovative sequencing work and preparation for the final teaching assessment.
