Extremities Module

This 100-hour module of the LYT Level 2 certification will give you 6 more LYT classes and their breakdowns as well as the anatomy, safe cueing, and philosophy you need to elevate your teaching and continue making a positive impact on people's lives right away. In addition to discussing in detail the anatomy and functional movement of the shoulders, hips, and upper and lower extremities, this module covers DIY soft tissue mobilization. LYT Level 1 and Sequencing 101 certifications are prerequisites for this course.

Enrollment opens on September 14th, 2025.

Weeks 1 & 2 focus on the shoulder complex, weeks 3 & 4 focus on the hips, and week 5 focuses on the extremities. Both weeks 1 & 3 have a short assessment at the end, weeks 2 & 4 have a group work assignment, and week 5 is yours to prepare for the final assessment. The final assessment is to create an original LYT class based on a topic covered throughout the course. For this reason, we recommend completing Sequencing 201 prior to any of the LYT Level 2 Modules so you can feel comfortable constructing a class within the standard LYT Blueprint.

Your certificate will be issued when you have:

• watched all required video content
• completed the 4 checkpoints
• created, taught, and recorded a 60-minute original LYT class following the standard LYT Blueprint
• completed the partner feedback form
• completed all payment(s)
