Level 2 Program Overview
Â
The Level 2 program is a 300-hour RYT training divided into three 100-hour modules that combine lectures, labs, pre-recorded private sessions, and guest lectures.
Â
Together, these modules deepen your understanding of the body from center to extremities, refine your ability to teach diverse populations, and expand your skill set with advanced anatomy, sequencing, and mindfulness practices.
Â
You’ll strengthen both your technical knowledge and your leadership as a teacher, leaving the program with the tools and confidence to guide students with clarity, creativity, and impact.

Core Module
The Core Module deepens your understanding of the body’s center—physically and energetically. You’ll study spinal anatomy, breath, bandhas, pelvic floor, and “core container” specifically how they affect movement. These principles will be applied to advanced asanas, and you’ll reflect on the core values that guide both your teaching and your life.
Specialty Module
The Specialty Module builds your confidence in teaching diverse populations—beginners, corporate groups, athletes, pre/postnatal students, and seniors. You’ll explore innovative sequencing, fascia, mindfulness, and specialty LYT classes, giving you practical tools to meet students where they are with creativity, safety, and impact.
Extremities Module
The Extremities Module examines the shoulder complex, pelvis, hips, and upper and lower limbs, considering how each functions individually and as part of the whole body. Through applied anatomy and movement labs, you’ll learn strategies to support healthy alignment and empower your students with smarter, safer movement patterns in every practice.
