The heart of our training is based on inquiry and curiosity. We believe each topic should be explored, questioned, understood, then applied.
It is for this reason each class is broken down, pose by pose, so the trainee can understand the WHY behind each move. The anatomy and philosophy lectures are designed to layer information across the weeks providing time for the concepts to become meaningful.

Course Format
The LYT Level 2 (300-hour program) is broken into three separate 100-hour modules.
- Each module is five weeks long.
- Assessments are a combination of group work and quizzes.
- Creation, teaching, and submission of an original LYT class is required for certification.
The weekly video content varies for each module. Generally, these modules are proportionally lighter on pre-recorded content to allow time for personal practice and flow creation.

Each module has content specific to it's theme, however they all contain new LYT flows, breakdowns, anatomy lectures, teacher methodology discussions through the discussion of SOAP notes, labs, and recorded private sessions that coordinate with weekly content.
