LYT Fam Facebook Guidelines

The Facebook group is intended for community support and idea sharing.

Starting in 2026 we’ll be allowing admin-approved, moderated event promotion within the Facebook group. 

All shared offerings must be LYT Yoga–based.

Event promotion will be limited to once every 60 days for retreats and once every 30 days for workshops.

Our hope is that this approach supports your work while keeping the group aligned, engaged, and sustainable.
