Self-Guided Training

Designed as an anatomy and LYT Yoga Method immersion for existing movement professionals or a launch pad for curious movers. This course provides a pathway for a LYT Level 1 & RYT-200.

Designed to be the most comprehensive and robust anatomy based teacher training for those who want to teach the LYT Yoga Method and become Yoga Alliance certified.

LYT Level 2 Courseware

LYT's RYT-300 is broken into three 100-hour modules that can be taken in any order over any duration of time. 

Core Module

This module will go in depth on the spine, breath and bandhas, pelvic health, core, advanced asanas and yamas off the mat.

Specialty Module

This module will explore practical applications for beginners, corporate, pre/post natal, athletes, and seniors as well as other special populations.

Extremities Module

This module is a brilliant deep dive into the anatomy and functional movement of the shoulders, hips, upper/lower extremities.
