Class of the Month
This monthly subscription program was created to give you more Core LYT Flows that are yours to teach an adapt. Each month you receive a new dynamic class that is intended for you to teach or inspire your own flow creation. Just like in the Level 1, the breakdown explains the "why's" but also includes ways to adjust for your population. These classes are only available to COTM members.
