Overview
Welcome to the LYT Yoga's online training course! We are so happy you are here. Congratulations on taking a huge step towards making a positive impact on the lives around you - and your own. Lara's passion for movement and anatomy knows no bounds and we so thrilled to share everything you need to know to teach her smart and sustainable style right away.
The descriptions below offer the requirements for both the Self-Guided and Team-Guided courses.
LYT Self-Guided Course
This self-guided course combines prerecorded classes, lectures, and labs with previously recorded interactive content featuring Lara and the LYT team. To deepen your learning, we’ve also included hand-selected classes from LYT Daily that reinforce the concepts explored in each week’s module.
While this course does not include mentorship, our team is always available via email for support. You may also purchase private sessions in either 30- or 60-minute lengths.
Completion/Certification Requirements are listed at the bottom of this webpage.
LYT Team-Guided Course
This team-guided course combines prerecorded classes, lectures, and labs with live interactive content featuring Lara and the LYT team. To deepen your learning, we’ve also included hand-selected classes from LYT Daily that reinforce the concepts explored in each week’s module.
This course includes LIVE zoom calls with Lara and the LYT Team. These calls are a great way to get feedback on your practice and answers to your questions.
Completion/Certification Requirements are listed at the bottom of this webpage.
Please note the Team-Guided Training includes Yoga Philosophy lectures which are not included in the Self-Guided.

Self-Guided Course
Requirements for completion:
- Core content videos are watched and marked as complete.
- Assessments are passed.
Requirements for LYT Certification
- Bonus content videos are watched and marked as complete.
- Teach and record a 60-minute class using one of the ten Core LYT flows (either Lara's or Rhonna's).
- Payments are complete.
- Submit a copy of a previous RYT-200 certificate.
If you do not have a previous RYT-200 but want to certify in the LYT Yoga Method and earn an RYT-200 using the Self-Guided course as a stepping stone, please reach out to education@lytyoga.com for more information.
Team-Guided Course
Requirements for certification:
- Required videos and zoom calls are watched and marked as complete.
- Assessments are passed.
- Teach and record a 60-minute class using one of the ten Core LYT flows (either Lara's or Rhonna's).
- Complete partner feedback form.
- Payments are complete.
