LYT Yoga's

The next team-guided course begins on September 5, 2026 with a Welcome Call with Lara and the LYT Team at 1:00 pm ET.

You can access the materials to begin learning immediately upon enrollment.

Course Format

This course format is unlike any other available, because it is designed specifically for the LYT methodology. Over 10 weeks, we will cover an immense amount of material. That's why we have a 2-week break in the middle of the course—to allow you to deepen your practice or to catch up on any material. You will have ~3 weeks after completing the course to go over any remaining material for certification. You will have continued access to all the course materials upon completion so you can revisit the training anytime.

Week 3: Organize Your Energy (2 level options), Class breakdown, Yama: Asteya, Chakra: Manipura, Using Your Voice, Sun Salutation B, Anatomy Review, Developmental Principles

Week 7: Shades of Vashistasana (2 level options), Class breakdown, Niyama: Santosha, Chakra: Sahasrara, Running a Class, Core Matrix, Anatomy Review: Core & Breath, Pose Modifications

Week 8: Open Your Heart (2 level options), Class breakdown, Niyama: Tapas, Savasana, Business of Teaching Yoga, Evolution of Spinal Curves, Spinal Anatomy, Backbends

Week 9: Unblock to Get LYT (2 level options), Class breakdown, Niyama: Svadhyaya, More Business of Teaching Yoga, Fascia, Extremities Anatomy, Pose Analysis 

Week 10: Twist Up, Stand Up (2 level options), Class breakdown, Niyama: Ishvara Pranidhana, Teaching Action Plan, Specific Populations, Global Anatomy Review, Breath & Bandhas

Team-Guided Training

Week 1: 16 hours

• 9 hours of required content, including 1.5 hours of LIVE calls

• 6 hours of supplemental content, including a 1-hour mentor call

Week 3: 16 hours

• 9 hours of required content, including 1.5 hours of LIVE calls
• 7 hours of supplemental content, including a 1-hour mentor call

Week 4: 15 hours

• 9 hours of required content, including 1.5 hours of LIVE calls
• 6 hours of supplemental content, including a 1-hour mentor call

2-Week Break

Week 6: 14 hours

Week 7: 13.5 hours

• 7 hours of required content, including 1.5 hours of LIVE calls
• 6.5 hours of supplemental content, including a 1-hour mentor call

Week 8: 16 hours

• 9.5 hours of required content, including 1.5 hours of LIVE calls
• 6.5 hours of supplemental content, including a 1-hour mentor call

Week 9: 16 hours

• 9 hours of required content, including 1.5 hours of LIVE calls
• 7 hours of supplemental content, including a 1-hour mentor call

Week 10: 14 hours

• 7 hours of required content, including 1.5 hours of LIVE calls
• 7 hours of supplemental content, including a 1-hour mentor call

Our live call schedule includes a 90-minute call on the weekend. Calls will alternate between early morning, mid day, and evening. All calls are scheduled in US Eastern Time.

Watching these calls—either live or the recorded version provided afterward— is one of the requirements for certification.

Team-Guided Training

Your certificate will be issued when you have:

• watched all required video content
• passed all 10 quizzes
• submitted a 60-minute video of you teaching 1 of the 10 core LYT classes provided
• signed the instructor license agreement
• provided feedback to a peer on their class submission
• completed all payment(s)
• attended required zooms or watched the recordings

You will need a device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone), internet access, and a yoga mat.

• A manual is provided as a printable PDF. Whether you print it out or not is up to you.
• A suggested booklist is available upon enrollment.

Anyone willing to learn—whether they are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner—is welcome.
